Your right to the Team Review
In consideration of receipt by us of the Purchase fee, we grant you a non-exclusive, non transferable licence for you to use the Team Review materials. As such you may make copies of the materials as they appear on the website during your viewing and you may print for your personal use so many pages of the Team Review materials on the website as are reasonable for private purposes.

Save as set out in these terms, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute in any way the Team review or materials.
Copyright
You may download, view, store and print off the whole or part of the website for your own private use. You may not use this website or any material contained herein for any other purpose.

You may not copy, adapt, transmit or process this website or the contents hereof without prior written permission. Where you download, store or print off any of the contents of this website, you must make sure that the Effectiveness through Awareness copyright notice appears thereon.
Conditions of Sale
No contract will exist between Effectiveness through Awareness Ltd and the Customer unless and until Effectiveness through Awareness Ltd accepts a Customer order by sending an e mail confirming that access to the Effectiveness through Awareness site has been set up, and that a Team Review booking has been registered and the fee payment confirmed.
Use of and access to Personal information and our Privacy Policy
In the course of our work we collect data (including e mail addresses and contact numbers) about individuals, teams and organisations.

This data belongs to the respective individuals, teams and organisations.

We do not tolerate SPAM and will never sell, rent, lease or give your details (name, address, e mail etc.) to any other third party unless requested to do so by the owner of the data.

Financial information such as credit card number and expiry date is not collected by Effectiveness through Awareness Limited. Only WorldPay receives credit card information. It is not passed on to Effectiveness through Awareness Limited.
Information Protection and Information Sharing
Your personal information is being provided only to Effectiveness through Awareness Limited. We will not disclose your personally identifiable information to any person or Company except where you have given us permission to do so or if the law requires it, or where in good faith Effectiveness through Awareness Limited believes such action is necessary to comply with a legal process.

In order to prevent unauthorised access Effectiveness through Awareness Limited uses strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us.

We make all reasonable endeavours to ensure the security of the personal data held on our system.

All your personal information is password protected - only registered users have access to their own information. As a registered user, you will be able to edit or delete your personal information details at any time using your own ID and password.
Availability of the Effectiveness through Awareness website
Effectiveness through Awareness Limited uses reasonable endeavours to ensure that the website is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Effectiveness through Awareness Limited reserves the right to suspend access to the website as necessary for emergency maintenance or repairs or to carry out any upgrades to improve the performance or functionality of the website. Access may also be interrupted due to failures of telecommunications links and equipment which are beyond the control of Effectiveness through Awareness Limited.
Liability
Effectiveness through Awareness Limited shall not be liable to you for any of the following types of loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of your Effectiveness through Awareness Team Review:

- any loss of profits, loss of earnings, loss of anticipated savings, goodwill or revenue
- any loss or corruption of data
- any indirect or consequential loss


The maximum aggregate liability of Effectiveness through Awareness Limited for all claims, whether made in contract, tort under statute or otherwise (including in each case negligence) which are not otherwise excluded under these Terms shall be limited to £100 in respect of one incident or series of incidents arising from a common cause in each 12 month period commencing with the date you purchased the Team Review.
