Ian Clarke - Effectiveness through Awareness Ltd Hello, I'm Ian Clarke.

I established Effectiveness through Awareness Ltd in 1994 as an independent Organisational Development consultancy after careers in education, pharmaceuticals and telecommunications.

In 2004 I co-founded Be Business Wise Ltd with Steve Westall to deliver online and face to face training. In January 2007 we renamed the company to Pansophix Ltd. In June 2007 we opened our online store, Pansophix Online which sells eBooks, Useful Guide, Business Briefings and Business Tools.
Since 1994 I have been helping individuals, teams and organisations connect their behaviours to their intentions.

I believe that individuals, teams & organisations become more effective by increasing their awareness of the impact they have on others (colleagues, customers, etc.) and what's going on around them.

I live in Felixstowe, Suffolk, in the UK.
